Questions about pricing
How is Clearline priced?
There is a one-time build and configuration fee to brand the platform, set up your rooms and roles, and connect it to your calendar or portal. After that you pay a predictable monthly amount covering hosting, real-time video usage, storage, monitoring, and support. We quote both numbers upfront.
Do you charge per user?
No. Pricing is based on meeting hours, recording storage, and the capabilities you turn on — not on how many people have accounts. Adding staff or members does not change your monthly cost by itself.
Can it replace our current conferencing subscription?
For most boards, clinics, associations, and small teams, yes. If you depend on very large webinars, telephone dial-in, or a specific compliance certification, tell us early — those change the setup and we will say plainly whether they fit.
Who owns the recordings and meeting data?
You do. Recordings and meeting records live in storage that belongs to your organization, and you can export or delete them at any time.
