Questions about pricing
How is Workline priced?
There is a one-time build and configuration fee to set up your projects, fields, workflows, and permissions — and migrate data from whatever you use today. After that you pay a predictable monthly amount covering hosting, storage, monitoring, and support. We quote both numbers upfront.
Do you charge per user?
No. Pricing is based on the modules you turn on, storage, and integrations — not headcount. Adding teammates or clients does not raise your monthly cost by itself.
Can it replace the project tool we pay for now?
For most small and mid-size teams, yes — projects, tasks, timelines, approvals, files, and reporting are all built in. If you rely on a specific integration or compliance certification, tell us early and we'll say plainly whether it fits.
Who owns our data?
You do. On the Platform package your data can live in a database and storage that belong to your organization, and on every package you can export it at any time.
