Kalamazoo Care Network connects nonprofits that were each solving one piece of a resident's need without visibility into the rest.
The public side is a searchable directory organized by need rather than by agency name. The partner side is a coordinated-care workspace where referrals travel with the client, so the next organization picks up where the last one left off — with privacy controls that keep sensitive history scoped to the agencies actually involved.
