Overview
AI Front Desk was built to replace the disconnected pieces of a traditional small-business phone setup. It combines an AI receptionist, phone line, inbound text assistance, contact records, calendar booking, call history, and team handoff in one secure workspace.
The assistant recognizes callers when possible, answers from information approved by the business, records what happened, and escalates to a person when the situation calls for it. Each client deployment is configured around that business's hours, services, team, calendars, routing rules, and escalation preferences.
