Book health
Two open findings: three uncategorized transactions, and a large cash variance in June that has already been reviewed.
What's under it in the real build
Cloud bookkeeping with real double-entry mechanics underneath — invoices, bills, bank reconciliation, Profit First allocations, and financial statements that tie out. Includes a receipt-capture PWA and a financial coach.
The production version adds the parts a demo can't fake: real bank feeds through Plaid, Stripe payments on the customer portal, payroll posting straight from Gusto to the general ledger, and a closing-date lock backed by row-level database rules so a reconciled period genuinely cannot be edited behind your back. Multi-tenant permissions let an accountant hold several clients' books without any client ever seeing another's, and every balance correction leaves an audit trail with a name against it.
What you're clicking through here is a front end on sample data — the screens, the flows and the shape of the thing, not a working ledger. Treat any figure in it as set dressing.
